Hannon, 45, of Mechanicsburg died Tuesday at Pinnacle/ Northshore Hospital, Mechanicsburg. His companion of 25 years is Carolanne Collins. Born in Scranton, he is the son of Edward M Hannon, Carbondale and the late Margaret Ann Sharpe Hannon. He was a graduate of Rodgers High School, Newport, Rhode Island. Edward had been employed as a restaurant manager working for Rainforest Café, Chillies and Checkers Pizza. He enjoyed bowling and throwing darts. He is also survived by his stepmother, Mary Hannon, Carbondale, a sister Tammy A and husband Christal Fuller, Doyline, LA , a nephew, Robert Ashburn Lettsome and cousins. The funeral service will be conducted Saturday at Noon in the Oliver Shifler & Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc., 62 N. Main St., Carbondale by the Rev. John McCarty, Pastor.
