I'm so sorry to learn of Alan's passing. I didn't know him well, but every time I saw him he had a smile on his face and shared a warm greeting. Keeping all of his loved ones in my thoughts.

Our hearts are heavy with sadness at hearing the news of the passing of our dear friend and former co-worker, Alan. Alan joined Open Access Vascular Access Mobile about 20 years ago upon completing his US training. Together our group of 7 traveled the country providing access care to Dialysis patients in 13 states. Alan was our STAR and loved life to the fullest. He was a gentle soul with a heart that overflowed with kindness and generosity. Always quick with a smile, a hug and a joke, he always made things better by just being there. He will be dearly missed and lovingly remembered. " the flame that burns twice as bright, burns half as long" so has our friends grace on this earth. ALWAYS in our hearts, dear Alan. May you soar with the Angels and prepare the road ahead until we all meet again..............Our deepest condolences to your family, you are all in our prayers. Gwen Nastasi, Young Yee, Courtney Forrest, Mark Hennelly, Mark Hatley and Dr. Altman

My heart and prayers go out to Alan's family. We are truly heart broken of his sudden passing. We will truly miss him here at Lewis Gale Medical Center, he always made us laugh and always care about his job and patients. When ever he was on-call no matter what time of the night you needed to call him, he always answered with a up beat voice saying "This is Alan" I will truly miss hearing that.. Thoughts and Prayers with you and yours.. Brenda B. Brown PBX dept./Operator

Arkansas my dear and loving friend who supported me through a rough time in my life. Although I hadn't seen him for some time he was often in my thoughts and memories.I enjoyed every moment I ever spent with him! My sincerest sympathies to both Doris and Donna. Alan will always be in heart! He made my heart smile!
