Ardis is survived by a daughter Ann Humphrey, Sky Top; two sisters, Ann Nichols and Carol Petnick, four grandchildren, Matthew & Bethany Humphrey and Cache & Sunny Fross; four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and her special dog, Sassy, who was a welcome visitor at the rehab center.
