Carmella J. Falbo, 93, of  Forest City and formerly of Carbondale died Saturday at Allied Service Hospice, Scranton.

Born in Carbondale, the daughter of the late Carmino and Mary Siranni Falbo. She was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School and was employed by Metropolitan Life Insurance Company for over 30 years.

She was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Parish, Carbondale; where she served as a Eucharistic Minister a C.C.D instructor and member of the choir.

Carmella was a loving and wonderful aunt ot her nieces and nephews.

Carmella is survived by a Mary Carbo, Clearwater, FL, nieces and nephews  including Maryanne Debish, her caretaker.

She was preceded in death by four sisters, Theresa Ross, Phyllis Leo, Rose Konzman, Margaret Shinoski, and two brothers, Santo and Harry Falbo.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on  Friday at 11:00 am  in Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, 15 Fallbrook St., Carbondale.  Interment will be in Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township.

Family and Friends may call from  10:30 to 11:00 am at the church. Masks are required. Memorial contributions made to made to Catholic Charities, Diocese of Scranton, 300 Wyoming Ave., Scranton, PA 18503.
