David S. Arthur, 61, of Maineville, Ohio died Thursday at Bethesda North Hospital, Cincinnati. He wife is the former Margie Dolph Coy Arthur.
Born in Carbondale, PA; he is the son of David E. & Regina Sarnoski Arthur, Vandling. He was raised in New Jersey and graduated from Lyndhurst High School and received a degree in Business Administration from Fairleigh Dickson University, Rutherford, N.J. David received a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from Strayer University, Cincinnati. He was a member of Toastmaster’s International.
David was a loving, caring and compassionate person who will be greatly missed by many. He will never know the number of lives he touched.
He is also survived by an aunt, four uncles and their spouses, BeBe Spodnewski, Tom & Norma Arthur, Val Sarnoski & Carol, Ted & Dorie Sarnoski, Francis & Grace Sarnoski, a step daughter in law, Monica and her children Madison, Aden and Jackson and many cousins.
He was preceded in death by a baby brother Joseph.
The funeral will be Tuesday from the Joseph W Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc 621 Main St., Simpson with Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 AM in St. Michael’s Church, 46 Midland St., Simpson. Interment will be in Canaan Corners Cemetery, Waymart. Friends may call Tuesday from 9 – 10:30 AM
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the donor’s favorite charity.
