I had the privilege of working with Dorothy in District 4. She always had a smile and would tell you exactly what she was thinking. She was a force to be reckoned with. My condolences to her family. May she rest among the angels!

My "other mother" from childhood. Dorothy, you are so special to me. My deepest condolences to Joe, Tommy, Denis, Timmy, Suzy, Matthew, their spouses, children and grandchildren. What an amazing, confident, strong and loving lady. I will miss you.

Dorothy was my mother-in-law for life. I was delighted that she coined the term, daughter-in-law, once removed, when introducing me to acquaintances on our outings to auctions and antique shops. From the moment I met her, nearly 40 years ago, I knew she'd be a force in my life. She was articulate, intelligent, passionate, genuine and sincere. If she loved you, you knew it to your core. My son Michael, is her first grandson. She lit up his world and sparked his curiosity and imagination. I will miss her immensely. Soar with the angels, my darling Dorothy!!!

Nana, You were such a source of love & inspiration in life. I consider myself incredibly blessed to have had you as a grandmother. I’m happy you’re home with Jesus now, and I look forward to seeing you again. Papa, I love you & am so grateful to have you as a grandfather. I will keep you in my prayers and petition that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will aid you during this time & lead you to joy. I look forward to seeing you & introducing you to your great grandson once all this COVID nonsense is behind us.
