Kielar, 79, formerly of Nicholson died Friday at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. She was the widow of Joseph Kielar. Born in Simpson, she was the daughter of the late Andrew and Sophia Stungis Petrilak. Elizabeth was a a graduate of Fell High School, Simpson and was a home maker. She loved spending time and caring for her family. She is survived by her five sons, Joseph Kielar, David Kielar and wife Dorothy, Robert Damiano and wife Sarah, Thomas Damiano, all of Nicholson, Jeff Damiano and wife Shelley, Bel Air, MD, five grandchildren, Alan, David and Brian Kielar and Chase and Brody Damiano, a great granddaughter, Octavia. She was preceded in death by her siblings. There will be a private Blessing Service in Joseph W Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc. 621 Main St., Simpson. Interment will be in St. Michael’s Cemetery, Simpson.
