Bryan, 81, a resident of Creek Side Nursing Center, Carbondale died Thursday at Commonwealth Hospice, Scranton. Frances was born in New York City and spent most of her life in Bayonne New Jersey. She is survived by a son, Robert E. Cecere, Pleasant Mount. A Funeral Service will be conducted Monday at 8:00 Pm in the Oliver Shifler & Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc. 62 N. Main St., Carbondale.
