Dear Mrs. Fendrock, My condolences to you and your family. I've been meaning to touch base with you since I saw you in the pews at my mother's funeral in 2014. Seeing you brought back fond memories of cub scouts, your den mothering and your son, John. We know that your husband's time on this earth has passed and that he's in a better place. John's obituary is a fine tribute to a man who lived a long and fruitful life. Congrats to the author. May you spend the rest of your earthly days in splendor. My best heartfelt wishes.

Lillian, just wanted to let you know how sorry I am that you lost your wonderful husband. I always enjoyed our conversations when he came in to get his teeth cleaned. He was such an intelligent, interesting man with such wonderful stories that I enjoyed so much! Just focus on all the wonderful memories you shared with him. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
