Sarge, 64, of Simpson died Tuesday morning at home. Born in Scranton, he was the son of the late Joseph and Lorraine Davis Sarge. Joe was a graduate of Bishop Hannon High School. He was employed as an assembler in a candle factory prior to his disability. Joe is survived by a cousin, Rhodine Davis and Wesley and Samantha Hendricks, with whom he resided.
