Pevec, 53, of Olyphant and formerly of Simpson died Monday at Geisinger CMC, Scranton. He was the son of Albert S. Pevec, Scott Township and the late Carolyn Twardzik Pevec. Ken was a graduate of Carbondale Area High School and served in the Marine Corps. He is also survived by three siblings, Catherine Giron, Steve and Brian Pevec. A spring graveside service will be conducted at Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township.
