Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Mary Louise Cure, 70, of Carbondale died Thursday at home. She is the widow of John D. Cure, Sr., who died in 2014. Born in Carbondale, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Marie Kanuik Dottle. She was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale. Mary Louise was a homemaker and had also been employed as a sales representative for Haband, Inc. prior to retirement. Mary Louise had attended Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Carbondale. She is survived by a daughter, Mary Jane Cure and husband Thomas Cyganick, Jr., Carbondale, a step-son, John D. Cure, Jr., Scott Township, seven grandchildren, Gavin Cure and fiancée Brianna, Thomas, Joshua and Emma Cyganick, Piper, Riley and Paris Arthur, a great grandson,Gavin Cure, Jr., and a sister, Cheryl Dottle, Carbondale. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Jennifer Lynn Korner. Private cremation services are by the Oliver Shifler & Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc., Carbondale.
