She was the wife of Basil Kutch. The couple had celebrated their 39th wedding anniversary in September. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Olga Kowalewsky Tatar. She was a graduate of Valley View High School and had been employed by Maid Rite Steak Co., Dunmore. Michele enjoyed spending time with her family especially taking care of her grandson. She is also survived by two sons, Michael Kutch and wife Valerie, Carbondale; Basil Kutch Jr, Greenfield Township and a grandson Michael Logan Kutch. A visitation and celebration of her life to be Sunday at the Joseph W. Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc. 621 Main St., Simpson from 2 to 4 PM.
