Waite, 70, of Simpson died Wednesday at Allied Service Nursing Center, Scranton. Her husband of 31 years is Lloyd Waite. Born in Rochester, NY., she was the daughter of the late Walter & Arlene Braund Proseus. Nancy was a graduate of Wayne Central High School. She had been employed in fruit farming and a homemaker and mother to her family. In addition to her husband she is survived by three children, Lisa, Edwin and Kathleen, five grandchildren, two great grandchildren and a brother Richard Proseus. A private family visitation will be held at the Joseph W Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc., 621 Main St., Simpson, PA.
