Born in Fell Township, he was the son of the late Peter & Margaret Dunback Kutch. He attended Richmondale School and was a graduate of Fell High School, Simpson. Paul retired as a corrections officer at Farview State Hospital, Waymart. He was an avid bowler in his younger years and loved nature and wildlife and his pets. Paul enjoyed spending time around a campfire with friends and family. He also enjoyed listening to polkas. He is survived by a brother Frank Kutch and wife Linda, Napanough, NY, a sister in law, Nancy Kutch, Forest City, a friend Dan Hamil, and many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by eight siblings, Peter, Anthony, John, Infant Stephen, Stephen, Edward, Helen Risboskin and Mary Shamro.
