Mauro, Jr., 69, of Scranton died Wednesday, November 26th at home. Born in Carbondale, he was the son of the late Raymond J. and Pauline A. Perkowski Mauro. He was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale. Raymond had served in the Army and Army Reserves for a ten year period with the final rank of Sergeant with his final station in Alaska. Raymond then worked as a mail carrier for the US Postal service prior to retirement.’ He is survived by his four children, Renee Carlson, Scranton, Tina Shenise, Jermyn, Brian Mauro, South Carolina and Raymond J Mauro,III, Jessup, three grandchildren, Cody, Caiden and Haley.
