Robert “BO” Bilinsky, 62, of Whites Crossing passed away

peacefully while fishing at his favorite spot on Saturday afternoon.

His devoted wife of 40 years is  Beverly C. Bilinsky

Born in Bedford, PA., he is the son of Robert J. Bilinsky, Scott Township and the late

Ardene A. Bilinsky. He was a graduate of Lakeland High School and served in the

U.S. Air Force.  Robert retired as a corrections officer at SCI-Waymart.

 

Known by nearly everyone and loved by most

Bo had a heart as big as he was .

For all he was willing to do for others,

the many phases of life he enjoyed ,

the fun he had getting a rise out of friends and family,

he was most fulfilled by time spent with his daughters and granddaughters

as well as his faithful four-legged companion Molly.

 

Robert is additionally survived by two daughters, Allyson L. Bilinsky and

Jammie L. Bilinsky-Woodbridge and husband Paul, a step-daughter, April Wilson,

a sister, Marie and husband Jerry Zawislak, a brother, Brad Bilinsky and wife Lori,

two grandchildren, Jayla Mae and Payton Marie,

a step- granddaughter, Amber McMillian, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by a step-son, Brian Wilson.

 

The funeral will be Friday at 11: 00 AM in the Joseph W Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc.,

621 Main St., Simpson with services by Pastor Jack Munley.

Friends may call on Thursday from 4 – 7 PM and

Friday from 10:00 AM until the time of service.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to

St. Josephs Center,  2010 Adams Ave.
