Suzanne L. Wallis Wilson, 83, formerly of Carbondale passed away on Monday, April 14, 2025. She was the widow of Allan L. Wilson, who died in 1999.

Born in Carbondale, she was the daughter of Jack O. and Irene Keanavy Wallis. Suzanne was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale and attended Marywood College.  In her younger years, she was a Girl Scout and lifeguard at the Carbondale Y.M.C.A.  She was later employed in the office of Hendrick Manufacturing, Carbondale , as a secretary for Northeast Tri County Mental Health and then at Spojnia Center and Mallard Meadows, both of Waymart as a resident care manager.

Suzanne enjoyed people and was gifted with crafting.  She also loved to do drawings and paintings especially those of a religious nature.

She is survived by a son, Randy Wilson, Swoyersville, a step brother, Robert Wallis, South Carolina, a step sister, Nancy Wallis, Lambertville, NJ and several cousins.

She was preceded in death by a step brother, John Wallis.

Suzanne has requested cremation and she will be interred with her husband at Willow View Cemetery, Clifford.
