The son of the late Thomas J. and Barbara Wagner Gordon, Tommy as he was known was born in Carbondale and a 1975 graduate of St Rose high school. He worked at Sugarmans and Weston, and was on ski patrol at Elk Mountain. Work as a flight attendant at US Airways took him to Aliquippa Pa and Lorton Va. After his airline career he resided in Carbondale. He loved antiques and enjoyed trips with friends, filling his home with great finds and exhibiting beautiful taste. He was fiercely loyal to family and friends, and those that needed help. He would shop for and deliver groceries for people in need, and those that were homebound. When his vision kept him from driving Tommy always found a way. He didn’t just open his wallet, Tommy had a generous spirit as well. He lived his life with character and integrity. In his final years he worked at Scotchlas funeral home, another way to help those that needed help. Tommy is survived by his family and friends who will miss, love, and think of him often.
