Obituaries » Thomas F Sisko April 19, 1939 - June 22, 2015 Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Thomas F. Sisko, 76, of Simpson died Monday at Geisinger- CMC, Scranton. Born in Simpson, he was the son of the late John A. & Sophie Chisek Sisko. He was a graduate of Fell High School, Simpson and was a Navy Veteran. Tom was a member of St. Michael’s Church/ St. Rose Parish and the American Legion Post # 221, Carbondale. He was often found at the A & C, where he joined Asher, George and “The Boys”. Tom was kind, thoughtful, and his love was unconditional. He had the ability to see the bright side of any situation. He remained courageous in face of his medical condition and had a deep faith in God. Tom embraced Rebekah and her daughter like family. Tom retired from Farview State Hospital/ SCI Waymart. He is survived by a very close friend Rebekah Gillette, a sister Dolores Sarnoski and husband Ted, nieces, nephews and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday at 9:30 AM in St. Michael’s Church, 46 Midland St., Simpson.
