William (Bill) James Horton 72 years old from Clifford, Pennsylvania passed away unexpectedly in Clifford Sunday August 11th. He was proceeded in death by his parents Joan and Charles Horton. Bill is survived by his wife Hilda , daughter Hannah, and sister Paula (Jeff) Fearn. Bill graduated from Mountain View High school and graduated with a B.S. degree in Agricultural Engineering from Penn State. During the past 30 years Bill lived in Signal Mountain, Tennessee running his electrical business, Kilowatt Services. He was greatly respected for his honesty, knowledge, and workmanship in all that he did. His smile and laughter will be deeply missed by many. In lieu of flowers a contribution may be made to your local FFA organization or favorite charity.

A funeral service will be conducted on Friday, August 16^th, at 11:00 AM in the Joseph W Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc., 621 Main St., Simpson, PA by Pastor Andrew Repenning , Carbondale United Methodist Church. Interment will follow in Clifford Valley Cemetery.  Family and friends may visit from 10- 11 AM.
