Obituaries » Carrie Lynn (Gray) Prebich January 9, 1960 - October 3, 2021 Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Carrie Lynn Prebich, 61, of Carbondale passed away Sunday at Regional Hospital of Scranton. Her husband and best friend of 33 years is Robert J. Bendersky. Born in Carbondale, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Sonia White Gray. Carrie loved her family and most referred to her as “mamabear”. Perhaps what she will be remembered for most is her unconditional love, incredible garden, and passion for taking care of animals. Surviving are her four children, Joseph Prebich, Clarion; Kyle Atkinson, Millbrook, AL., Nicole Ryan, Gilbert, AZ, Bobby Joe Bendersky, South Abington Township, seven grandchildren: Emma, Kyler, Brody, Kage, Autumn, Jack and Lennon Rose. A celebration of her life will be held at Saint Peter and Paul Parish Hall located at 4 Doris Ave, Simpson PA 18407 , on Saturday at 4pm.
