Charles F Lamberton
Born in Carbondale, he was the son of the late Fred & Elisie Zimmerman Lamberton. He was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale and served in the Navy. He retired from Proctor & Gamble, Mehoopany.
Charles was a lifetime member of the Mitchell Hose Co., Carbondale and enjoyed deer hunting, puzzles and playing cards. He was a loving father and grandfather and the family jokester.
He is survived by three daughters Cynthia Lamberton-Turner, Nicholson; Angelica Lamberton, Northampton; Joan Lamberton, Springville, three grandsons Charles, Christopher and Steven Lamberton.
He was preceded in death by a brother Marshall.
The funeral service will be Thursday at 8:00 Pm in the Oliver Shifler & Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc 62 N. Main St., Carbondale by the Rev. Joseph Kutch. Friends may call Thursday from 6 to 8 PM.
