She was the widow of Peter P who died in 2016. She was born in Carbondale, daughter of the late John and Stella Goditis Bossick. She was a graduate Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale. She retired from G&S Fashions, Vandling, and also worked with her husband in the operation of Rydzik Lumber Mill, Simpson. She was a member of St. Michael’s Church, Simpson. St. Rose Parish. She is survived by two sisters, Julie Luchansky and husband George, Olyphant. Mary Vergeri, Carbondale, a brother-in-law, Joseph Pittsman, Jermyn, several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one sister, Darlene Pittsman. three brothers, Frank, Joseph and George Bossick. The funeral will be Friday from the Joseph W. Scotchlas Funeral Home, 621 Main Street, Simpson, with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 AM in St. Michael’s Church, 46 Midland Street,Simpson. Interment will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Jermyn.
