Wengrin, 75, of Simpson died Sunday at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore. She was the wife of Theodore Wengrin, Sr. The couple had been married for 56 years. Born in Carbondale, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Blanche Hopkins Viney. Jean attended St. Rose High School, Carbondale. She later worked at RCA manufacturing and Gentex Corp. She is also survived by her five children, Doreen Ruggiero, Michele and husband Mark Bailleau, Victoria Wengrin, Lisa and husband Lloyd Smith, Theodore Wengrin Jr and wife Brittany, 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Richard Ruggiero.
