Obituaries » Joann D. Tarchuck May 31, 1941 - September 4, 2021 Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Joann D. Tarchuck, 80, of Simpson died Saturday at Creekside Nursing Home, Carbondale. Born in Whites Crossing, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Victoria Krishak Tarchuck. Joann was a graduate of Lakeland High School. She had been employed as an aid at Birch Hills Residence, Simpson. Joann was a member of Ascension Parish, Forest City. She is survived by two sisters, Dorothy Baysa and Victoria and Rudolph Ravnikar, all of Browndale, three nieces and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a brother in law, Peter Baysa. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, September 11th at 11:00 A.M., in Ascension Parish, St. Joseph’s Church, 741 Delaware St., Forest City.
