Margaret M. Bossick of Carbondale passed away peacefully at home on Thursday after a brief illness.  She was the widow of Joseph D. Bossick who died November 1998.

Born in Carbondale, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Chovan Boshman. Margaret was a member of St. Rose of Lima Parish, Carbondale. She was educated in Carbondale schools and was a homemaker. Margaret was a loving mother, grandmother and great- grandmother.

The family would like to thank Hospice of the Sacred Heart, especially Jennifer and all the wonderful nurses who compassionately took care of our mother. Your kindness will never be forgotten.

She is survived by three daughters, Margaret Clift, Darlene Bossick, both of Carbondale, and Sandra Noviskey, Mayfield, two sons, Donald Bossick and wife Rose, Browndale and Jerome Bossick, Carbondale, nine grandchildren, Barbara Coleman, Patricia Beynon, Linda Cebular, Richard Clift Jr., Russell Clift, Lisa Noviskey, Michele Phillips, Christopher Bossick, Michael Bossick, twelve great- grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by a son-in-law, Richard Clift, a daughter-in-law, Rose Bossick, son-in-law, Stanley Noviskey, three sisters, Mary Harrington, Helen Bossick, Anna Boshman, four brothers, George, John, Michael and Joseph Boshman.

The funeral will be Monday with Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM in St. Rose of Lima Church, 6 North Church St., Carbondale. Interment will be in Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery, Greenfield Township. Family and friends may visit at the church Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of service.
