Munley 77, of Clarks Summit died Monday at Geisinger CMC Scranton. Born in Jamestown NY, raised and educated in Simpson PA. She was the daughter of the late Robert Yarnes and Catherine Fortuna Yarnes. Patricia was employed by Aramark, Scranton prior to retirement. In the 1970’s she had her own country & western band “The Rythym Ramblers. She loved her dog Suzie. Patricia devoted her life to her loving children and grandchildren. She is survived by two daughters Brenda A. Sheare, Dunmore and Katie and John Walter, Scranton. Eight grandchildren. Christopher and Marcus Sheare. Tayler and Matthew Locker. Janene Gayle, Shalynn Gibbs, Celina Sheare and Devin Frost, 4 great grandchildren, a brother Michael Yarnes Carbondale, 2 nieces Michele Yarnes and Marissa Curtain. Patricia was preceded in death by a son Gerard Sheare and a brother Robert Yarnes. The family would like to thank her beloved friend Julie Smiegal, Aveana Healthcare and the staff of Geisinger CMC PCU for the care of Patricia Munley.
