Zedlewski, 66, formerly of Simpson died on Christmas Day at the Riverside Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Taylor. Born in Carbondale, he was the son of the late Joseph and Elizabeth Zurine Zedlewski. Robert was a 1972 graduate of Fell High School, Carbondale Area School District, where he participated on the football team. He was employed with his father in the operation of the former Simpson Casting Company. Robert enjoyed watching the Cincinnati Reds and Bengals, NASCAR, classic and National Hot Rod Association Drag Racing. He was a member of the former Holy Trinity Church, now St. Rose Parish, St. Michael’s Church. Surviving is a sister Donna Rosencrance and husband Bob , Mayfield and his twin sister, Sharon Liuzzo and husband Patrick, Greenfield Township, nieces, grand nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded by a brother, Joseph Jr. Due to the current COVID restrictions a Memorial Mass will be celebrated at a later date.
