Halstead, 51 formerly of Union Dale died on Wednesday, December 13, 2023 following an accident. Born in Carbondale, on December 18, 1971, he was the son of the late Paul and Charlotte Price Halstead. Scott had been employed by several tree service companies and had owned and operated Halstead Tree Service, Union Dale. The family would like to thank Broussard’s Funeral Service of Beaumont Texas for their assistance. Scott is survived by a daughter, Samantha Cadora, and seven siblings, Jerry and wife Dorothy Halstead, Sharon Bixby and companion Jeff, Wayne Halstead, Steven Halstead and companion Margery, Pauline and husband Paul Fallon, Dennis and wife Jane Halstead and Eileen and husband Blake Tyson, nieces and nephews.
