Share your Memorial with Family & Friends Walter “Jim” Sudlesky, 79, of Clifford Township, died peacefully after a brief illness, on Sunday, April 10, 2022, at Hospice of The Sacred Heart in Dunmore. He was born on July 14, 1942, son of the late Walter and Ann L. Sudlesky of Harford. He was a graduate of Benjamin Franklin High School, Carbondale and served in the U. S. Army. Jim tended bar at the Catskill Mountains and Elk Mountain for many years, and before retirement, was owner/operator of two successful businesses in Lenoxville: Jim’s Place and Jim’s Bar & Grill. Jim was quick-witted and very good with numbers. He was an avid fly fisherman who enjoyed fishing at Tyler Lake with family and friends. He is survived by two daughters, Linda Sudlesky, Salem, MA, and Joanna Grizzanti, Carbondale, a sister, Ann Marie (Cookie) Apostolico and husband Michael, Carbondale, a nephew, Michael J. Apostolico and wife Elizabeth (Sissy), who lovingly cared for him for many years, two nieces, Lisa Latwinski and Tricia Sosa, and many great nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by a nephew, Mark Apostolico. There will be no viewing or funeral. A memorial will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are by the Joseph W.
