Born in Brooklyn, NY, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Mary Petrosky. She was educated in Tuxedo Park New York schools. Yvonne was a homemaker and enjoyed raising her children. She was the happiest when she was with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is surived by her husband, Roy G. Blair,Sr, Simpson, her four children, Caressa Smith and Ruth Graff, both of Simpson, Yvonne S. Blair, Dickson City and a son James Blair, nine grandchildren, Michael, Christopher, Brandon, Joshua, Dammian, Audrey, Valerie, Brian and Courtney, nine great grandchildren, brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son, Roy Gene Blair, Jr. The funeral will be Friday with services at 10:00 AM in the Joseph W Scotchlas Funeral Home, Inc. 621 Main St, Simpson with services by the Rev. Jack Munley. Interment will be in Fairlawn Cemetery, Dalton. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Thursday from 6 to 8 PM.
