We wish to give thanks for the gift of Joan (Gibbon) Horton. Images of Aunt Joan are what come to mind when I use words such as joy and happiness. Aunt Joan was so kind and compassionate, but stern. I can still hear her lovely, energetic voice while what I would describe as being in high gear all the time getting her “to do list”done. She was the corner stone In her family. I hold found memories with Uncle Charles, Aunt Joan along with Bill, Paula and Laney while growing up. Visiting with Charles, Joan later in life was so enjoyable with my children. Getting to see them was precious. Aunt Joan is apart of who I have become. We should not think of lose, but the gift she was to all of us. I try to spread the welcoming twinkle she possessed.
